The experiment continues...
There is just something about film. Tonality, the art experts call it. They are absolutely right.
This week I set my ISO to 800 and processed accordingly. I think it may be my aggression on agitating, but I am still getting quite a bit of grain on the contrast. I don't mind that so much, except on people. I quite like the grit.
I love the way film captures gradients, tones, even with highlights at their highest and blacks at their blackest.
All images shot with Voigtlander Bessa R4M, Nokton 50mm f1.4, Ilford HP5 Plus 400 at ISO 800.
